CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
BY READING, SCROLLING, PARTICIPATING IN ON THIS MOTORCYCLE RIDE AND BY SHOWING
UP AT THE ASSEMBLY, EACH CLUB MEMBER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF PARTICIPATING AND RIDING WITH THE CHENNAI WHEELS CLUB AND ITS ASSOCIATE PARTIES IN FULL.

All members joining the club shall be passionate about the Sport of Motorcycling.
All motorcycle makes and models between the category of 200 - 500cc are allowed to ride within the club.
No members shall indulge in politics or provoke any ideas of thought related to any political stance.

All rides will commence only after all members have adhered to the rules and regulations of drive engagement.

Club reserves the right to make decision to handle any situation where terms of club does not apply or wherever necessary.

Any suspicious / illegal / unsought activity within the club or in its activity shall be reported immediatly to the administrator.

Members who do not adhere to the club terms will be dismissed from the club.

Drink & Drive is strictly prohibited. Consumption of any narcotic substances is not allowed in any of the club rides or events.
The club is a touring club & does not encourage any kind of racing, stunts, or rash driving. Club's objective is to promote safe riding.
The club is not responsible for any accident or mishap that will happen at the club events.
Participation in any event is at the sole discretion of the members of Chennai Wheels Club.
All members should posses valid DL, RC, Insurance and any document which is required for compliance with local law.
All members are to adhere to basic safety gear such as helmet, gloves & shoes , mandatory for both riders and pillion riders as well.
